Flash! Amuro is a newtype! That is to say, an evolved human with improved spacial awareness, threat awareness, and most importantly, empathetic capabilities. That is to say, he can sense to a limited degree the thoughts and feelings of those around him. He's not a telepath- he cannot hear your character's thoughts, but he can probably feel if they're in a good mood or not, and theoretically, he can feel if they're plotting something nasty! At least, that's how it would be, were he not stuck on this island with it's power-nerfing abilities.
Long story short? This is a permissions post! To avoid godmoding and infomoding, it's super important that any use of this is always cleared with other players. If you specifically want me to use this ability, please feel free to contact me either by PM or through a private plurk over at aceoftherebellion. On the other hand, if you absolutely do not want me to use this ability, please by all means let me know. I will always happily listen to other player's preferences!
For added fun, newtypes can resonate and bond with one another- mixing of the minds and all that. If you have a psychic character and you want to form a special instant mental bond, please let me know, I will be happy to plot something out.
